Our Terms and Conditions of Supply set out the framework for our trading relationships, covering everything from placing orders and delivery arrangements through to payment terms, product warranties and after-sales support.
These terms apply to all products supplied by WM Collections, including our Westbridge and Alexander & James collections, and are designed to provide clarity and consistency for our retail partners.

Repair & Replacement Policy
We recognise the importance of providing reliable and consistent after-sales support to our retail partners.
Our Repair & Replacement Policy accompanies our Terms and Conditions of Supply and sets out the procedures for reporting, assessing and resolving product faults.
The policy explains how warranty claims are managed, including product inspections, authorised repairs, replacements and, where applicable, refunds. It also outlines the responsibilities of both WM Collections and our retail partners throughout the process.
Our aim is to ensure that any product concerns are handled fairly, efficiently and consistently, with clear expectations for everyone involved.
